The Community Action Team exists to make a positive impact on our community by practically transforming individual gardens and community areas. The heart of the Community Action Team is to show that people matter by investing in making a positive difference in normal people’s lives. It’s also about sustainability; so as we come alongside residents we want to empower them to have the confidence to continue what we start long after we have gone and for generations to come.

ACHIEVEMENTS
The Community Action Team have received a number of awards from the work we have done. This includes:

- Lancashire Green Award 2011
- Community Star Award 2011

ENGAGE
When working with the community, we feel it is important to maintain and form great relationships with residents after projects have been completed.
